The Therapeautic Value of Past Life Regression

SEEING CLIENTS IN PERSON and ON ZOOM ANYWHERE IN OUR COUNTRY!

Past Life Regression Therapy is a psychological and physiological healing modality that heals many ailments and issues on the mind, body and soul levels.

We come into this life carrying cellular memories from our past lives that can manifest into emotional energetic blockages causing illness, fears, phobias, anxiety, depression, addictions, weight issues, feelings of unworthiness, and relationships with karma that needs to be cleared or completed.

Under hypnosis we go to the root of any of these issues to release the energetic emotional blockages. Understanding where they came from and why, bringing forth the memories from the subconscious to the conscious mind, allows the illness or issues to heal and resolve. The body will also feel lighter when the energy is released.

A connection is then made from the past life to this life and the information is integrated to take forward into the future.

Many people reject the idea of looking into a past lifetime for problems as they claim to have enough troubles in the present life. This sounds reasonable; however, in clinical practice, clients discover that present life conflicts and problems often stem from traumatic events in prior lifetimes. Past life memories may come to us in many guises: the déjà vu experience; recurrent dreams, either of a specific location, a specific age trigger or of a frightening event; a crippling phobia or unexplained, groundless fear. People who fear water, public speaking, or heights (to name just a few common phobias) often uncover the memory of a death by drowning, hanging or burning at the stake before a crowd, or falling from a high place.

As these past life traumas are explored and resolved in therapy, the phobias cease to exist for the clients. The process of past life therapy is being used effectively by mental health professionals in many countries. Through the emotional feelings and body sensations associated with an identified present life problem, the client is prompted to locate the source or cause of the problem. The client, in the personality of the past-life character, is guided through the issue in the lifetime, and finally through the death experience. The therapist assists the client in resolving any remaining emotional issues, any unfinished business in that life, and to integrate the experience into the present life situation. The past life character, as a spirit, moves away from the body and the death scene and fully into the Light.

Many emotional problems and conflicts are quickly and effectively resolved through past life regression therapy, usually in far fewer sessions than with conventional therapy. Many physical ailments that are considered to be psychosomatic conditions may begin to diminish or cease altogether through past life regression therapy.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a special psychological state that resembles sleep but is induced by a hypnotist or therapist so that the client is in an awareness other than the ordinary conscious state. The hypnotized individual will have a heightened focus and the ability to concentrate intensely on a specific thought or memory blocking out distractions of sound or sights not pointed out by the hypnotherapist. The use of hypnosis for therapeutic purposes is referred to as hypnotherapy. The therapist may use suggestions, or memories to effect changes desired.

We go under hypnosis every day, most of the day, only we don’t call it hypnosis. When we are driving from point A to B and we get there and say, “Oh my, how did I get here?” We were in trance. If we are watching T.V. so focused on the movie that we don’t see or hear anyone around us, we were in trance. All that trance or hypnosis is, is focusing on something so intently that everything else blurs out around you. That is what you would do in a light trance state, focus on the facilitators voice guiding you so that everything else blurs out. In this type of hypnosis you won’t be in a totally altered state and will always be in control. You can open your eyes at any time if you are uncomfortable. You will not need the facilitator to bring you out.

There are many different types of inductions a therapist can use to bring a client under hypnosis. The most common for this purpose is a progressive relaxation. This is a visualization relaxing the whole body by describing a light going through the body releasing stress, tension, and pressure as it melts down through the body, relaxing all of the muscles, tissues and cells of the body.

Hypnosis was popular in the 18th century by Franz Anton Mesmer (as Mesmerism) and was studied in the 19th century by a Scottish surgeon James Braid. Sigmund Freud used it to explore the unconscious, and it eventually came to be recognized in medicine and psychology as a useful tool to change unwanted behaviors, relaxation, pain management, uncovering repressed memories.

Today Hypnosis is also used for accessing past memories in this life and past lives that will allow healing on the mind, body and soul levels.
